I asked Midjourney for images of Harold Lloyd hanging off a clock tower.

I tried the same prompt again two weeks later and got an entirely different result. 

I provided Midjourney with the following reference photo of Harold Lloyd and Bebe Daniels.

I asked Midjourney to transport the 1919 couple to a modern setting.  Here was the result.
